AT&T Customer Service FAIL

I cannot even begin to explain the frustration in my household for nearly a month waiting for AT&T to get their stuff together and hook up our home phone after we signed up with them to save money!
I thought my husband was going to have a heart attack!  There were daily phone calls that 
lead to being transferred and repeating our story to god knows how many customer
service reps!  We were even given appointment times on several occasions for a rep
to show up at the house and then no shows and when we called no one had any
records of our call!  ARGH! After 2 weeks or more we finally got
it straightened up but I gotta tell you that AT&T has the
WORST customer service I have ever seen!!!
