Friendship Cake - Brandied Fruit Cake

Have you ever had a friendship cake? The name comes from the starter sets being given to friends to make their own cakes, thus Friendship Cake. Each batch of fruit will make 3 cakes and 3 starter sets, 1 for yourself and 2 to give to friends.
If you don't have a starter set you can make this blend and start your own!
The cake is nice and moist and full of fruit and I like it with a little butter spread on it.
