Betty's Bread Pudding

This is a good recipe that brings back the memory of me breaking up the bread for my mom.
I would sit on the kitchen counter and help.

Bread Pudding

4 C Milk
8 C Bread cubed
1/2 C butter melted
1 C Sugar
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 C Raisins
2 tsp cinnamon

1. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Turn out in prepared pan (greased)
3. Bake at 350 for an hour or more.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, or serve with cream poured over it.
